I've put one in a roundnose and 2 in clubmans. Subframes and challenges are the same but the tolerances in the roundnose are tighter. I even managed to fit a turbo in a clubman but didn't even try on the roundnose. (others have).
There are no problems that can't be solved but you will need to be inventive and prepared cut stuff up. Apart from the making a custom subframe there are lot of brackets and stuff that need to be fabricated to adapt things. It's not hard, just needs lots of thinking, and beer, and a good welder and grinder. And of course CAD work (Cardboard Aided Design).
