I used to use Lumley Special Vehicles (LSV) but they told me they can't cover the mini for a reasonable price and the premium doubled from one year to the next.
I found Shannon's was the cheapest for the same cover as LSV so I switched.

I was with Vigil years ago but the value went down every year and the premium up.
For the last 10 years or more I've been with Shannons, I have my AUII Ford and the house + contents with them too (currently cheaper than GIO for me).

If you want your Mini insured for more, tell Shannons how much and send them some pics. My wasaMatic is currently insured for $11.5K.
